Account Settings
Profile, saved signing details and branding
Open Settings from your name menu (or press Ctrl/⌘ + ,). The sidebar has Profile, Signing profile, API Keys and Branding.
Profile
- Personal Information: click Edit Profile to change your first and last name, then Save Changes.
- Email Address: shown with its verification status. If it says Verification pending, click Resend Verification. Your email can't be changed here.
- Password: click Change Password, enter your current and new password. You may need to log in again on other devices.
Signing profile
Your signing profile stores the details you use when yousign documents, so you don't have to enter them every time. They're offered whenever you sign a document sent to your account email (see Using your saved details). A progress bar shows how many of the 10 items you've saved.
What you can save
- Signature: draw, type or upload it. You'll confirm that you adopt it as your electronic signature; you still choose whether to apply it on each document.
- Initials: 1 to 5 letters.
- Name & email: your name (also your account name); your email is your login and can't be edited.
- Contact: phone, company, job title.
- Address: street address, city, state / region, postal code, country.
- Click Add (or the pencil icon) on a row.
- Enter the value and save that row. Each row saves on its own.
- Use Clear to remove a single item.
Tip
Delete signing profileclears everything except your name and email. Documents you've already signed aren't affected.
Branding
Make the emails your recipients receive look like they come from your organisation.
- Logo: upload a PNG or JPEG up to 2 MB (around 300 × 80 px works best). Use Change Logo or Remove.
- Primary Color: pick one of eight presets or choose a Custom Color. Changes save automatically; Reset restores the default.
- Email Preview shows how a signing email will look.
Teams have their own branding, set by team admins in the team's settings.
API keys & integrations
API keys let other software (your CRM, website or internal tools) create and send documents through Signiphi. Create, rotate and revoke keys under API Keys; each key can also send webhook notifications when documents are created, sent, signed or completed. A new key is shown only once, so store it safely.
Developers can find the details in the External API and Webhooks guides.
Deleting your account
Under Profile → Danger Zone, click Delete Account and confirm. This removes your documents, signing history, API keys, webhooks and settings.
